My name is Carol Ann and for years, I have promised myself I would write a book, which would cover my adventures to discover 12 locations around the world that can be defined as ‘energy pumping stations’. These are places where the energy of the Earth flows up and down vertically: from the ‘arteries’ deep underground which manifest as lava systems, cave systems, tunnels and layers of geology; to the ‘veins’ on the Earth’s surface where it runs through sacred places, mountains, valleys, rocks, rivers, streams, seas and the crystals and minerals within them; and the ethers above, where our weather systems are manifest. For each location, I started with a simple geographical clue, which helped me to arrive in the right area; and then followed clues on the ground to get to the place I was looking for. Along the way I have had many adventures and wonderful experiences; and now, the time feels right to share these.
So far, I’ve managed to write one travel book, called ‘Dances with Dragons in Mongolia’, which can either be bought direct from this website, or from Amazon. Whilst I have the content for many more books, I decided 2020 was the year I would put as much material as possible, from 26 years of exploration, on a website; so it was freely available to anyone with similar interests.
So, this website documents some of my adventures along the way; the observations made; the delightful and sometimes challenging experiences; and my evolving thoughts and ideas. I make no apologies for this personal perspective, or view, because it is simply that. It is of course possible to be totally wrong, but that’s OK too, because it’s been more about the journey, rather than any end goal, or definitive answer.
Some of the content is still being written, so please bear with me if a topic of personal interest to you is not there yet. It will be coming soon. Meanwhile, if you’d like to sign up to the newsletter, you will be among the first to know when new content has been posted.
The best way to start is by clicking on ‘Home’, on the header line above – this will take you to the Introduction.
Thank you for joining me on this adventure…. Carol Ann
